Editor's note
The outdoor pool at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney presents a somewhat dated experience. Guests have noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance, including missing tiles and uncollected dishes. Despite being located on a "rooftop" extension, the pool area suffers from significant noise from a nearby road and lacks scenic views, undermining potential for a relaxing atmosphere. There are also safety concerns regarding the rippled pool surface causing slips, an issue that staff have reportedly been aware of without implementing adequate warnings.

The property is a little dated, I will say--the pool area especially. I went out to the pool area several times and it was not cleaned, with several plates/dirty towels left out.
