Editor's note
The Soho Boutique Hotel Equitativa features a rooftop plunge pool offering views over the city. While not a swimming pool, it serves as a refreshing spot. The nearby seventh-floor terrace bar enhances the experience with reasonably priced drinks and scenic vistas.

The pool is also up there however it's worth noting it is not a swimming pool but a plunge pool.
4* because the hotels advertising was a bit over the top (example the pool is non heated and not in use, the rooftop bar is alot smaller and there is a ugly plastic to block the wind and sadly the view.
