Editor's note
The Barceló Málaga features a rooftop pool, offering a pleasant spot for relaxation with views of the surrounding urban landscape. While it appears to be a well-maintained facility, its atmosphere can sometimes be subdued, especially during off-peak times. The pool area provides a decent place to cool off and enjoy the sun, though it might not be the primary draw of the hotel.

The swimming pool and bar on the roof is called B-Heaven and it really is heavenly.
Bit of a shame the rooftop bar and pool was a bit dead, but I kind of get that as we visited in September.
