Why it's on the list
The Ikaros Beach Luxury Resort & Spa offers a comprehensive pool experience for adults. Guests have access to two main outdoor freshwater pools and two exclusive sharing pools for specific room types. For cooler weather, a heated indoor pool is available within the spa area, accessible to all guests year-round. Several suites also feature private pools, including a Luxury Suite Seafront private pool which can be heated upon request, and rooms with private infinity plunge pools. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided at all pool areas.
Why it's not higher
While private pools can be heated, this comes at an additional cost and is subject to availability in only two suites. The main outdoor pools are not heated. The hotel does not have special equipment for accessibility like hydraulic chairs or pool lifts.
