Editor's note
The AC Hotel Gran Canaria boasts a rooftop pool with great views, especially in the evening. While the pool itself is small and can be cold outside of summer months, its elevated position provides a unique perspective of the city. The area around the pool is also home to a bar/restaurant, though it may have limited hours.

In their own words
Roof top pool has great views, pool was cold so only used once, I would imagine in the summer the water would be warmer.
The pool upstairs is wonderful.
Also the pool on the roof while nice in theory is only open from 12-6 and is small and quite cold.
