Editor's note
Elounda Mare focuses heavily on offering luxurious accommodations with private pools, catering to guests seeking an exclusive and intimate swimming experience. The "Minoan Palace" even boasts a large seawater pool. While there are mentions of a communal pool area in guest reviews and Google's summary, the hotel's website prominently features its numerous private pool options, making them a significant draw.
Pool details confirmed against the hotel's own website plus at least one independent source. No editor has visited in person. Booking links may earn us a commission; they never influence the ranking order.
