Editor's note
The Almanac Barcelona features a delightful rooftop area, Azimuth, which serves as a notable highlight for guests. While its primary allure seems to be the bar and the panoramic city views, particularly of the Sagrada Familia, a pool is present on this elevated space. It offers a pleasant spot for a refreshing dip and relaxation, complementing the vibrant rooftop atmosphere. The focus, however, leans more towards the social and scenic aspects of Azimuth rather than the pool itself as a grand aquatic destination.

What guests say about the pool
Rooftop bar with a view of the city is nice as well.
We also loved spending time at the Azimuth Rooftop Bar. The views were breathtaking, and watching the sunset from that vantage point was unforgettable.

Why it's on the list
Small but beautifully styled rooftop plunge on a Modernist palace — an underrated quiet pick.
Why it's not higher
Smaller water and lounger footprint than the top rooftops.
