In their own words
Unlike many hotels in Bangkok where the pool can feel overcrowded and chaotic, the pool here was a haven of calm.
Above all, my heartfelt thanks go to the Lady in Red, Khun Nicky and the team, the Front Office, Club staff, Spa therapists, and the Lifeguards. Their warm and consistent care made me feel truly at home.
